GEPCO BILL PK · INDEPENDENT GUIDE
How to check your GEPCO bill
A practical walkthrough of the official lookup, from finding your number to checking the correct billing month.
Before you start
Use the 14-digit Reference No. printed on a recent bill. GEPCO notes that some reference numbers have changed, so prefer your latest copy. The PITC form also offers Customer ID. Your meter serial number is a different identifier.
Open and check your bill
- Use the bill checker below, or open PITC with the alternative official-portal link.
- Choose Reference No. or Customer ID. Enter the corresponding number from your bill; for a reference number, use the 14 digits without spaces.
- Match the U/R selector to the letter on your printed bill and select Check my bill. The available bill appears on this page.
- If a bill appears, confirm the customer details, billing month, reference number, due date, and amount before printing or making a payment.
- If no bill appears, use the troubleshooting guide. Do not assume that a missing result means nothing is payable.
