Bill details and calculator inputs
When you select Check my bill, your Reference No. or Customer ID and U/R selection are sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare-hosted lookup service, which submits them to PITC. If the hosting service cannot reach PITC, your browser can request the bill directly from PITC instead; PITC then also receives your connection information. The returned bill can contain a name, address, account details and amounts. It is processed temporarily and sent to your browser for display. We do not save these details in a database, browser storage or application logs; lookup responses use no-store caching instructions. Close the bill when using a shared device. Only look up an account you are authorised to access. Meter-calculator inputs stay in your browser.
Accounts, cookies, and analytics
This standalone version has no user accounts, contact-submission form, advertising scripts, analytics integration, or application cookies. It does not use local storage to retain your inputs. Application assets and bill styles are served with the site. Approved bill images may load from PITC without a referring page URL.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. PITC also receives the lookup details and our hosting service’s connection information. We do not control Cloudflare or PITC retention policies. We do not promise that visiting a hosted website creates no technical records.

Links to PITC, GEPCO, NEPRA, and other official services take you away from this website. Their content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. Avoid sharing unnecessary account information.
